To enable your child's school to claim the Pupil Premium Plus grant you will need to inform them about your permanently placed child's status by January 15th 2015.
Parents/permanent carers will need to provide the school with supporting evidence, for example the original Adoption (court) Order. Schools complete the annual School Census on 15th January. This will then trigger the payment of the Pupil Premium to the school from April 2015.
