PAC-UK Summer Event for North London Special Guardianship Families

Description:

PAC-UK warmly invites you to our FREE Summer Event for Special Guardianship families from the North London boroughs of Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Hackney, Haringey and Islington!

Join us at the beautiful Alexandra Palace in North London for a picnic, fun games and optional boating activities. All food and refreshments will be provided and the wide range of (optional) boating activities will be paid for by PAC-UK.

Who should attend

This event is strictly open to special guardianship families from the North London boroughs of Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Hackney, Haringey and Islington.

This event will be capped at 50 attendees, so please let us know if your plans change and you are unable to attend so we can free up your place/s.

Dietary requirements

Please answer the dietary requirements/allergies question as free food, refreshments and snacks will be provided - if you or anyone attending from your family has specific needs and would prefer to bring your own food, refreshments or snacks for yourself you are welcome to do so.

IMPORTANT: If two adults from your family are attending with children, please complete the 'Attending Partner Information' questions - this is important to ensure your partners place is counted. We have added 'Attending Child 1' and 'Attending Child 2' questions for you to complete. If more than two children from your family are attending, please add their details within the 'Other Information' text box at the end of the form. All children attending must be accompanied by an adult from your family for the duration of the event.

Venue and public transport

IMPORTANT: Once you have completed your booking you will get an automated confirmation email that includes our picnic location, transport information and named PAC-UK contact details in case you have trouble finding us on the day - please check your Junk folder if your confirmation email is not visible in your Inbox. We will also email you a reminder about the event closer to the time.

IMPORTANT: To ensure we are alerted to your booking you must 'Confirm Registration' after submitting your details. You will also get a confirmation email when you do this.

If you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your Junk folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your Inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and mark it Not Junk, which should allow future messages to get through.

Once you have confirmed registration you must select an 'online' or 'off-line' payment option. If paying by Debit/Credit card you must click on the PayPal icon under 'On-line Payment Processing'. You will be redirected to a PayPal screen where you can either login to PayPal (if you have a PayPal account) OR click on the 'Check Out as a Guest' button where you can pay via Debit/Credit card without needing to login to a PayPal account.
